Part-time (in-office/home office) in Rosenheim

We’re looking for you part-time – you fantastic working student (all genders), both in person at our office in Rosenheim and remote from home.

At our user helpdesk, you’ll rock the first-level support, logging reported issues in the ticketing system and contemplate over the processing and qualification of the request. Furthermore, you’ll either handle immediate error analysis and issue resolution or escalate tickets to our specialized departments. Your solution-oriented communication with customers and teams is crucial in this role.

Other tasks include user management, onboarding internal and external employees, improving internal service processes, and documenting procedures and solutions.

  • are currently studying computer science or a related field.
  • ideally support us part-time in the mornings (e.g., 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
  • have already gained experience in IT support, particularly at the user helpdesk.
  • are nice, possess excellent customer service skills, and value teamwork.
  • are a strong communicator and quick learner.
  • work in a process-oriented and independent manner.
  • are fit in both German and English.
